Like all EV vehicles these days, they all look like they are from outer space and the 2024 Ram Revolution is no exception. The Ram 1500, although late to the EV game, is expected to beat its competitors as it will be equipped with just about everything one might want or need in an electric pickup truck. The Ram 1500 BEV is at the top with range, towing, payload and charging time.
The Ram 1500 BEV is designed with a twin-motor powertrain making it an AWD and 800-volt system which is not commonly used by many EV makers. It is equipped with two screens spanning 28-inches, 24-inch wheels, a mid-gate which allows for objects up to 18-feet long to fit in the bed with the tailgate closed, and third row jumper seats to name a few. The back seats are easily removed for greater storage space.
A pickup truck isn’t a real one without an off-road mode in my opinion. Luckily the Ram 1500 BEV’s standard air suspension will have three modes: ingress/egress, aero and off-road. Ram has not yet revealed the range or size of the battery, but we can hope that it will be a great range that most people will be pleased. One thing we do know, however, is that a 350-kw DC faster charger can add up to 160 km (100 miles) in just 10 minutes!
There is still very little information about the 2024 Dodge Ram 1500 Revolution BEV. Ram has not announced pricing details yet, but we can guess the pricing range if we compare to other EV or Hybrid competitors. The new design of the Ram 1500 is great! it is very different especially the interior. It is fully touchscreen so no buttons at all.
