Whenever the TUDOR United Sports Car Series goes to a racetrack for a racing event, there are usually other support races that are also held during the same weekend. One such support race is the Cooper Tires Prototype Lites series. These entry level LeMans style cars are powered by a 230hp Mazda inline-4 engine that’s mated to a 6-speed sequential transmission and is capable of propelling the lightweight carbon fiber cars to speeds of 255km/h. The pictures are from Thursday’s practice and Sunday’s wet race at the Canadian tire Motorsport Park.
